Someone must know something, someone must know who. If anyone knows anything about this how can you contain this. How can you not burst with remorse at every second of not saying.

I refuse to believe no-one knows the truth or the perpetrator. Each day this person becomes more monsterous for not speaking up.

I just cant imagine your pain, I have 4 daughters, the eldest is now turned 17. Just at that stage of going to collage and starting out on their own.
Id say there isnt a parent in Ireland that is touched by your loss. Just know that people still refer to Raonaid and how shocking the whole case is. There is really only a few bad apples, in general Irish people are apauled at the level of crime. God give you strenth to carry your burden.

I do not know you as a family but I just want to send you my very sincere wishes and to empathise with you at the loss of Raonaid. Over the last 10 years you not alone had to deal with the personal suffering and trauma of losing your beautiful daughter at seventeen but also with the horrific injustice of the crime of murder which was committed against her and you as a family.

People do not understand what it is like when a huge injustice is perpetrated the pain is excruciating with every human emotion possible awakened in us as human beings. If your loved one dies of natural causes there is pain and anger and coming to terms with it, but never forgetting the loved one. But in your situation the pain of not getting justice for your daughter who suffered such a horrendous crime is so very powerful and all consuming it immediately puts the natural grieving process on hold and in your case that has been put on hold for ten years, unbearable.

I believe strongly justice will eventually come and the truth will come out never lose your faith and belief that this will happen. Setting up your website in honour of Raonaid is a major step and it will comfort you as a family, it may also serve as the conduit for bringing the perpetrator to justice. Never doubt justice will come for you I hope that it is in the very near future and you can get on with grieving your beautiful daughter.

Sincere Wishes

Rita Duffy

I was in the Institute of Education the same time as Raonaid, but I was not fortunate enough to know Raonaid well but we shared a number of classes. Still the sadness and shock has stayed with me and many of the students of that year. September was a significant time for all of us that year, heading off to college or other prospects, it was Raonaids right to do the same. I have always believed someone knows something which they may even think is insignificant or have been unable to come forward, now is the time to do so. I wil continue to think of Raonaid and her family and hold close the hope for Justice.
