My sympathies to you and your family. I know what your going through.(My family and I). We lost our son 5 years ago in a car crash he was twenty years old so its still fresh for us. Some day maybe they will find out what happened. I am not a religious person since our tragedy happened but I will think of you and raonaid when we go to our sons grave to light his candle every night. My thoughts are with you all.

I have never gone to anyones website before today but, having heard your story again on "Morning Ireland" ten years later, it really made me feel very sad at your families lost. I have a Daughter the same age as Raonaid would be now, and I know, if anything was to happen to her, I would be beside myself. With this in mind, please except my deepest sympathies, and know that all Parents world wide understand your plight. May you receive the peace and justice you so richly deserve.

Whoever you are, out there, you too are suffering - you have the weight of a guilty conscience on your shoulders and are living with what you did every day. Now think about the pain that this young girls family are going through - your guilt is bad but can you imagine the heartache that family are going through? You can bring a little light to them by turning yourself in.... It won't take away their pain but will help them rest a little after 10 years of sleepless nights. Maybe you have a child now too - look at that child and imagine someone taking him or her away from you... you would probably protect them with your own life... My prayers are with you and I can only hope that you will do the right thing... Take some relief from the guilt and face up to what you have done.. YOU CAN DO IT!

Myself and in particular my husband Ronan talk about Raonaid from time to time expecially when we hear of new and tragic happenings to other families. we always talk about the beautiful girl she was and how distraught you must still be at her loss. Hope someone somwhere will be caught for her terrible killing and punished accordingly. Hard to belive it is now 10 years ago.

I could never imagine the pain you must be suffering. I was a friend of Raoinaids in the Gealtacht and could never have met a kinder, sweeter, funnier, intelligent and beautiful girl. she was a credit to her family and it was obvious how much she loved you. I really hope you can get justice for one taken so young with such a bright future ahead of her.
All my thoughts and wishes are with all of you always,

Raoinaid will always be remembered and associated with fond and happy memories.
